‘Wallensteins Camp’ discovery trail
The ‘Wallensteins Camp’ themed walk is an inter-communal project between the towns of Stein, Oberasbach and Zirndorf. A total of 28 impressive info pillars made from rusted steel provide facts and information about the Wallenstein Camp, established in the region during the Thirty Years’ War to become one of the world’s largest military camps.
Numerous interactive elements such as revolving boards and audio stations all provide interesting facts and information on the region. Some information pillars feature integrated benches with larch wood coatings.
We used an existing concept to complete the planning, construction and installation of the stations in the area.
