Bad Wildbad fairy tale trail
Bad Wildbad (Black Forest, Baden-Württemberg)
On the Bad Wildbad fairy tale trail, visitors discover fascinating stories about the Black Forest and its inhabitants.
At nine of the ten stations, the trail’s visitors can listen to an audio recording of “The Heart of Stone” by Wilhelm Hauff. But to do so, they need to exert some muscle power, as the energy for the listening stations is generated by turning the crank handle. Some of the stations also feature interactive elements which vividly convey interesting facts about the region to visitors.
To ensure the stations are able to withstand the wind and weather, they have been constructed using only hard-wearing, low-maintenance materials such as HPL multilayer sheets and natural larch.
For this project, we carried out the production planning, construction and installation of the stations on site.
