Play area at Albert-Schweizer school (Sonthofen)
This multifunctional play area provides a wide and varied range of play and movement opportunities for children with and without disabilities. The central element is a tower consisting of two levels which offers plenty of space to chill out, climb, hide and romp around. Climbing and balance beams with varying degrees of difficulty provide the appropriate motor skills challenges for all age groups and developmental levels.
We chose native larch and naturally grown robinia trunks for the construction of the multifunctional play area. Not only does this combination of materials look very harmonious and vibrant, the solid woods are also extremely robust and hard-wearing. A long service life is therefore guaranteed whatever the weather.
