Essingen Köpfle playground
As part of an upgrading programme, a viewing tower shaped like a beehive was built in the barbecue area in Essingen. The structure is a viewing tower and playground equipment in one, therefore offering a thrilling experience for adults and children alike.
The lowest section is designed as a place for children to play, relax and hide. Youngsters can climb up a balance beam to reach the second level of the children’s tower. From here, not only is there a great view but also a fun descent down the long slide.
By climbing up a wide sloping ramp, visitors of all ages can reach the creatively designed beehive and enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of Essingen. Additional honeycomb-shaped windows and carved bees make the structure extremely eye-catching.
