Indian-Climbing path Heidepark Soltau
Soltau (Lower Saxony)
After a relatively short planning and building time frame we created a rope climbing park at the outdoor leisure park “Heidepark” in Soltau. The centre of the climbing exercises is a 13 meter high wooden entrance tower. The visitor can reach the exercises via at least five entrances and exit spots which we designed and built in various heights between 0.6 and 10 meters and can be tackeld in degrees of difficulty. The continuous security system “Bornack Evolution” provides easy going climbing fun.
The conceptual design of the site with its central entrance brings many advantages: after completion of a climbing exercise the participant can reach the exit point quite easily and rescue access is quick. The exit can be closed afterhours and therefore special fencing of the park is unnessesary. Future exercise extentions are possible anytime and have already been considered in the planning.
