Adventure Park, Füssen
Füssen (Allgäu)
In summer, 2012 one of our most aesthetically pleasing ropes courses was opened: The outdoor High Ropes Course structure was built totally from steel in the industrial area of Füssen west of the B 310. Hung between giant Mikado sticks (up to 14m high), 14 totally new climbing elements were installed, the designs based on ideas gathered from a children’s competition offered by the operator. Whether it’s the mountain goat ride, the eagles nest or the gondola; all seem at home against the imposing mountainous backdrop of the Alps. A 230m flying fox to end the climbing experience provides the added adrenalin rush that all visitors seek. The continuous safety-system EVO adventure (Bornack) and the communicating safety-system Smart Belay (edelrid) provides for the complete safety of the participants. The combination of carved animal figures and skilfully formed elements make this ropes course a highly imaginative piece of art.
