Treehouse Hotel, Jetzendorf
After an intensive planning and construction time, the Treehouse Hotel in Jetzendorf now invites her guests to a special overnight experience. A total of five tree-houses were constructed by hochkant in massive wooden frames on a filigree substructure of steel. For the foundations, Pile Foundations were used, driven deep in the earth, and where necessary, directly in to the lake bed over which the houses stand. To simplify and shorten the work on site, the wall and hand railing elements were prefabricated in our workshop. The optically attractive and high-quality exterior formwork of larch protects the buildings against wind and weather. Equipped with insulation and heating, the houses are well suited for a stay all year round.
The interior design of the four-person houses looks inviting and comfortable. The large window surfaces make the rooms bright and friendly. The functional bathroom, electric Venetian blinds, TV and Internet connection offer modern comfort.
In the suite, two people find comfortably place. With higher quality equipment and an outside Jacuzzi, this treehouse offers luxury in the nature. Only well thought-out spatial planning enabled to us to achieve a living space on a 21 m² base.
The complete wood and steel construction was led by our hochkant construction team, supported by local enterprises providing heating, sanitation, electrical work and earthwork.
