A compact yet versatile playground has been created for the Bavarian State Forests AöR on the summit of the Ochsenkopf in the Fichtelgebirge. At its heart is a 4.5-metre-high climbing tower, from whose platform both a slide and a cable car set off. A swing, balancing and climbing elements, as well as playful details and colourful accents, complete the facility. The construction on rocky ground and in an exposed summit location posed particular challenges for the planning and building process. Thanks to close cooperation with the client, the project was successfully completed despite the demanding conditions.
