For the Bensheim nursery, hochkant developed a solution to make a steep slope suitable for play. A sturdy play and climbing tower made of black locust and larch wood connects the different levels and offers additional fun with a stainless steel slide. A twelve-metre-long balancing course and a black locust staircase provide access to the slope in various ways. At the top, a compact wooden platform invites children to play and linger. The result is a bespoke outdoor area that offers children safe and varied opportunities for physical activity.
