Nienhausen Local Park Calisthenics

A spacious calisthenics area has been created within a park, designed as a well-thought-out integrated system. Instead of individual pieces of equipment, a sturdy rectangular structure made of wood and stainless steel forms the central training area. All relevant exercises – from pull-ups to core workouts – are incorporated into this structure, enabling a varied workout within a compact space.
A trellis covered in climbing plants provides natural shade and lends the facility a special atmosphere. A new adventure playground is located in the immediate vicinity, so that children can play carefree whilst the rest of the family gets active. The area creates an attractive, shared exercise space for all generations.
