Kappe Adventure Mountain Fly-Line
The Fly-Line attraction is the perfect addition to the wide range of leisure activities on offer at Erlebnisberg Kappe (Sauerland). Here, guests can set off on the nearly 1,000-metre-long flight route from the mountain station. During the flight, guests reach heights of up to 10 metres, fly through waves, jumps and gyroscopes, and get a front-row view as cyclists tackle rapid descents on Germany’s largest bike course.
The facility is designed for maximum operational efficiency: upon arrival in the landing area, guests are transported back via a 6-seater chairlift. At the mountain station, the shuttles are then hooked directly into the Fly-Line system to return to the launch ramp via a feeder lift. The flight traffic itself is controlled by a traffic light system at the launch ramp.
Part of the flight route crosses the ski slope. This section of the route has been designed so that it can be dismantled for the winter season.
