Dreaming in the trees Allgäu Treehouse Hotel

The Allgäu Treehouse Hotel is the first of its kind in the Allgäu region. What makes this project unique is that all four houses are suspended freely from the trees, secured by steel cables. In this way, the tree itself becomes a living support structure. To ensure that the trees can bear the weight of the houses, we had them thoroughly assessed by a company specialising in tree surveys and structural engineering.
At the heart of the houses is a so-called tree shaft, which provides the trunk with enough space to continue growing unhindered. As the shaft features a window into the interior, the tree takes centre stage.
The four houses can be easily accessed via a staircase leading to a spacious main terrace. The roof terrace is accessible from the first floor and invites you to relax directly beneath the treetops. The well-thought-out layout makes it possible to accommodate everything four people need for a comfortable stay within approximately 27 m² of living space: two comfortable bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a cosy dining/living area and a fully equipped bathroom.
As all houses feature weatherproof external cladding, are well insulated and can be heated, they are perfectly suited for year-round use.
